Hey I downloaded rocksmith today on my ps4. Got a lot of my old songs. Is this a problem or just me. Or do inhale to play through to unlock those? Actually got the last issue sorted. But now wondering, when I play in the os3 my electric guitar is low for some reason but I turn that up in the options.
Is it taken out? Could you please tell us how you sorted out this issue? It just took some time. I had it installed for about 2 to 3 hours before everything came through in the menu.
Was weird. Just give it some time and exit the game and go back in. I exited a couple times. I got lessons and sessions came on it, then about half hour after that I exited the game and went back in and guitarcade was there.
No, but the import tool content is not yet posted for PS4. We expect Sony will post it later this month. On PS3, there was a save file, but here? I am trying to download all of my DLC for the ps4 version of rocksmith but it all does not show up. Is there a way I can have all of my dlc able for download to include the DLC I purchased from the first version.
As noted here, Sony is going to be releasing the legacy DLC over a period of weeks, in batches. A patch for RS was release around 5AM eastern this morning and it seems to have taken care of this problem.
I have now access to all the sections in the menu. I was all ready to but this today and wanted to download it from the online store, as I owned the PS3 version and sanded the for my ps4. I already have the tone cable from the early version so no bother. Why is it more expensive to download when you get less for your cash? Can someone please explain this to me? The code is just not enabled to run. IV, etc.. The Discs were used as a key to enable to upgraded version to be able to run digitally.
Was very excited but then let down that the import tool was not available immediately. Hi, how can I download songs for the PS4 version? Will appreciate feedback, thanks very much guys! Not even the enticement of a free Hendrix bundle gets the PS4 version over the line for me.
At leas two of my favorite songs are missing. I have them on ps3 and the press release said the dlc would be the same. Bo de Vries Community Lead, Guerrilla. Non-musicians can't comprehend why anyone would own more than one guitar — and I have several. But…should I? But there are no analog audio outputs on PS4 or Xbox One. What do I do? Instead, we suggest you send the audio signal to an external receiver, speakers, or headphones using a separate cable, and only use HDMI for the video signal. Just about any other way you choose to reroute the audio signal before it gets to your TV will likely yield a better experience when you play Rocksmith We also strongly recommend you check out these diagrams.
They are the same ones you'll see on the game's startup and, if you have the physical edition, on a flyer inside the package. It might, but we have a hunch it probably won't work well. Some people say they have no problem, but since there are so many HDTVs out there, all with different chips and designs and innards, there is no way for us to predict any individual user's setup.
If HDMI audio works for you, cool! But we really, really do not recommend crossing your fingers and hoping you might be one of the very few people for whom HDMI audio through a TV works just fine.
Which audio settings should I check, and where are they located? Generally you will want to get your console to output as pure and unaffected an audio signal as possible, so that means disabling surround in most cases. On the far right, under Digital Audio, set the signal of your audio connection method to Stereo Uncompressed. This should toggle Bitstream format to Off, which is what you want. By turning off surround processing, Stereo uncompressed outputs audio with the lowest latency.
Select Audio Output Settings. This is the PS4's non-surround option so it outputs audio with the lowest latency. Can I run the full system audio through the headphone jack built into the PS4 DualShock 4 controller? Maybe and no, depending on your system, since the two consoles use different technology for their controllers. The Xbox One controller is wireless 2.
We were able to play with only a slim preceptible delay by plugging a pair of headphones into the Stereo Headset Adapter ; connecting a USB micro cable to the controller seemed to shave a few more milliseconds off. Optical is still your best bet. Bluetooth is a little slower at delivering audio , and we saw and felt that in our tests. We could play it, but we wouldn't recommend it unless you have no other option, because the delay over Bluetooth is noticeable.
The music has always had the lightest compression we could get away with -- that's too important to squash, so you'll get the same high quality you're used to on any of the existing platforms.
We will continue to support all the existing platforms, and fresh DLC will continue to flow for all platforms on a weekly basis. Nothing is being taken away or discontinued; we're just extending RS to two new systems. Where do I report that? Whenever you need help with a Ubisoft title, your first stop should always be the friendly folks at Ubisoft Support -- they really do exist to help solve problems. Seriously, try them first. That said, we also have dedicated threads for that for PS4 and Xbox One.
Please keep these threads on topic and only use them to report bugs! And give us as much info as you can -- your area of the world some problems are regional , what you were doing when things went wrong, and any other relevant info. We need details and lots of them!
Reply Share this post. This is great news. Love that the DLC transfers. Question, is there also a patch for PC, and legacy consoles to either fix any issues or bring some of the new sharing functionality to those platforms?
